SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Chaleca offers free delivery within Sweden. Shipment cost within EU is 125 Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT. Shipment cost to countries outside EU is 100 Swedish Kronor (SEK), excluding VAT which will not be added. We use PostNord for all shipments. Orders outside Sweden are traceable, to track your order click here.
When your order is placed we will send you a confirmation. Normally the time of delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days after Chaleca has confirmed your order. For international shipments, delivery times are normally 6-8 business days. We do our best to make sure products reach our costumers as fast as possible, but Chaleca cannot guarantee any exact number of days of delivery. During public holidays the delivery time may be longer for example. Should your order be delayed we will send you a message with a suggested time of delivery. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the suggested time of delivery.
Made to Order Items. For items specially ordered on demand, our so called “Made to Order” items, longer delivery times of up to 6 weeks are expected. If the product is one of our “Exclusives” 100% hand made products, it may take up to 8 weeks or for some items even longer. We will respond to your order with a message with details of the expected delivery time. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the suggested time of delivery.
We accept PayPal, invoice, and Swish. You can pay with your credit card also if you don’t have a PayPal account. If you choose invoice payment you will receive an invoice by email, and you need to make the payment before we proceed with your shipment. For Swish payments you will need to make the Swish payment before we send the product(s). Chaleca’s Swish number is: 1231 655 471.
PRICES & TAXES
All prices are given in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT of 25%. For customers outside the European Union the VAT will be deducted from the price at the check-out step.
Prices do not include potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. All shipping costs (for shipment outside Sweden) will be specified in the purchase order at the check-out step so the total cost is visible to you previous to completing the order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange any items within 14 days of the delivery date. All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached. Freight cost from the costumer back to Chaleca for returns or exchange are not paid by Chaleca. We will offer free shipping within Sweden from Chaleca to you, for one item that you want to exchange.
If you want to exchange a product, please send us an email at email@example.com so we can guarantee the garment you wish to exchange for is in stock.
Please acknowledge that possible taxes, and freight charges will not be refunded. We only exchange your item for an item with the same price or lower, if you want to exchange for an item with a higher price you need to place a new order. Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. We will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS – RECLAIMS
Examine your received products already at the time of delivery and report any deviations to us. All products are meticulously checked before being dispatched to our customers. If an item is not in the condition it is supposed to be, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you. You will be replaced with a new item, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other items the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Chaleca’s webshop on www.chaleca.com. Thus covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into from a distance with Chaleca AB. By ordering from the webshop you agree to these terms and conditions.
PRODUCT PRESENTATION & COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that colours appearing on the webpage in detail reflect the clothes’ colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on the computer or phone screen.
Packages that are not collected within 14 days are returned to Chaleca. Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with care. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party for the purpose of marketing. Chaleca only processes your data as long as it is necessary in order to carry out Chaleca’s services, or during any period of time that is prescribed by law. After this, your data will be deleted.
If you have actively agreed to let Chaleca use your personal information to send sales information and offers to you, we will keep your information. You may at any time write to Chaleca and withdraw your consent to letting us use your data for example by sending you newsletters and special offers.
In case of Force Majeur, Chaleca’s webshop’s obligations are procrastinated. The purchase agreement between you and Chaleca can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Chaleca.
